What is The Closure Room with Tosin?+
The Closure Room with Tosin is a safe and supportive space for guided conversations, reflection, learning, personal growth, and emotional wellness. It is designed to help you better understand what you are experiencing, gain clarity, and explore healthier ways to move forward.
Is The Closure Room therapy or counselling?+
No. The Closure Room provides guided support, conversations, reflection, coaching, and educational experiences. It is not a substitute for therapy, psychological or psychiatric treatment, medical care, or other professional services.
Who is The Closure Room for?+
It is for anyone who wants a safe space to talk, reflect, learn, gain clarity, or work through personal or relationship related challenges. You may find the sessions helpful if you are dealing with emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, conflict, stress or burnout, low confidence or self doubt, difficult endings or unresolved feelings, or personal growth and life decisions.
What can I come to The Closure Room to talk about?+
You can talk about experiences, emotions, relationships, personal challenges, decisions, difficult transitions, self development, and other areas where you need clarity, reflection, or support.
Choosing a Service
How do I know which service I need?+
Start by looking through the Services page and choosing the area that best describes what you are currently experiencing or hoping to work on. If you are unsure, you can use the free 10 minute consultation to explain what you need and determine which option may be the best fit.
What services are available?+
The Closure Room currently offers Emotional Wellness Counseling, Relationship Counseling, Conflict Management Counseling, Personal Growth Coaching, Stress and Burnout Support, Self Esteem and Confidence Support, and Healing and Closure Sessions.
Can I book a session even if I do not know exactly what I need?+
Yes. You do not have to have everything figured out before coming. You can use the initial conversation to explain what you are going through and what you hope to gain from the session.
Sessions
How are sessions conducted?+
Depending on the service, sessions may take place through audio calls, video calls, or guided exercises.
How long is a session, and what does it cost?+
A free 10 minute consultation is available separately if you are unsure which service fits and want to talk it through first. Beyond that, sessions come in two lengths, a Standard Session at 30 minutes for 10,000 naira, or a Deep Session at 60 minutes for 20,000 naira.
What happens during a session?+
The session is based on the service you choose and what you want to discuss. You may be guided through questions, conversations, reflection exercises, practical strategies, or activities that can help you understand your situation and think through possible next steps.
Do I have to talk about everything?+
No. You decide what you are comfortable sharing. You can choose not to answer a question or discuss a particular subject.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?+
You do not need to prepare anything complicated. It may help to think about what brought you to The Closure Room, what you are currently struggling with, what you would like to understand or work on, and what would make the session useful to you.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Will what I share be kept private?+
Yes. Information shared during your session is treated as confidential, subject to the exceptions outlined in the Client Consent and Session Agreement.
Are sessions recorded?+
A session may be recorded for purposes such as documentation, service improvement, training, quality assurance, or record keeping, but recording requires your consent.
Can I refuse to be recorded?+
Yes. You can choose whether you consent to audio recording, video recording, or both. You can also ask for a recording to stop during a session.
Will my recording be posted online or used for marketing?+
Not without your specific and explicit written permission.
Can I record my own session?+
Sessions should not be recorded, copied, distributed, or shared without prior permission from The Closure Room with Tosin.
What You Can Expect
What will I get from a session?+
There is no guaranteed outcome, because everyone is situation is different. Depending on the session, you may leave with greater clarity, a better understanding of your emotions, new perspectives, practical steps to consider, healthier ways of approaching a situation, a better understanding of your boundaries, increased self awareness, or tools for personal growth.
Will you tell me exactly what to do?+
The goal is not to make decisions for you. Sessions are designed to help you reflect, understand your situation, consider your options, and make informed personal decisions for yourself.
Can one session solve everything?+
Not necessarily. Some situations may require more time, reflection, or support. You can choose to have additional sessions if you feel they would be helpful.
Do I have to continue after one session?+
No. You are free to decide whether you would like another session.
Relationships and Personal Challenges
Can I come alone for relationship related issues?+
Yes. You do not need your partner or another person to attend. You can have a session focused on your own experiences, feelings, boundaries, or decisions.
Can couples attend together?+
Yes, where the selected service is suitable for a joint session.
Can I talk about a breakup or separation?+
Yes. Healing and Closure Sessions can provide a space to reflect on the experience, process unresolved feelings, understand what happened, and think about how you want to move forward.
Can I talk about family or friendship problems?+
Yes. Relationship and Conflict Management support can be used for challenges involving family members, friends, colleagues, or other interpersonal relationships.
Can I talk about work or school stress?+
Yes. Stress and Burnout Support and Personal Growth Coaching may be appropriate for people dealing with pressure, overwhelm, lack of motivation, difficulty setting boundaries, or uncertainty about their next steps.
Booking and Payment
How do I book a session?+
Choose your service on the Services page, then complete the booking form to select your session length and preferred time.
When do I pay?+
Payment is made at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?+
Yes, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms provided when you book.
What happens if I miss my appointment?+
A missed session may be charged and may not be refundable, depending on the applicable booking terms.
Boundaries and Safety
What kind of behaviour is expected during sessions?+
Everyone is expected to communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, abusive behaviour, discrimination, and attempts to cross personal or professional boundaries are not acceptable.
Is The Closure Room an emergency service?+
No. The Closure Room is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing an immediate medical, mental health, or safety emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency service or crisis support resource.
Can The Closure Room provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice?+
No. The Closure Room does not provide medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, legal representation, financial advice, or clinical supervision. If your situation requires a qualified professional, you should seek appropriate professional help.
Before You Book
What should I do before booking?+
Review the available services, choose the one that best matches what you need, consider your preferred session format where available, and complete the booking form. It also helps to read the Client Consent and Session Agreement, Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, and Disclaimer beforehand.
What if I am nervous about my first session?+
That is completely understandable. You do not need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin. You can simply explain what brought you to The Closure Room, and the counselor can take it from there.
What is the main goal of The Closure Room?+
The goal is to create a space where you can pause, talk, reflect, learn, gain clarity, and explore how you want to move forward.
