Information We Collect

When you use the contact form or book a session, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The service you selected and your chosen session length
• Your preferred date and time
• Any message or notes you choose to share with us before your session
• Payment confirmation details from Paystack (we do not see or store your card details directly, Paystack handles this)

We do not collect payment card numbers ourselves, these are handled entirely by Paystack, our payment processor.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Confirm and schedule your session
• Send you a booking confirmation, calendar invite, and video call link
• Respond to messages sent through our contact form
• Maintain internal records of bookings for scheduling and business purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third Party Services We Use

To operate this site and deliver sessions, we rely on a small number of trusted third party services, each of which processes some of your information on our behalf:

• Paystack, to process payments securely. Paystack's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.
• Google Calendar and Google Meet, to schedule your session and generate a video call link. Your name, email, and session time are used to create a calendar event.
• Google Sheets, for our own internal record keeping of bookings.

These services are only used to operate the booking and payment process, not for advertising or profiling.

Confidentiality of Session Content

What is discussed during an actual counseling session is treated as confidential, separate from the administrative booking information covered on this page. Session confidentiality and its limits are covered in our Client Consent and Session Agreement, provided separately.

Data Retention

We retain booking records for as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling, business, and record keeping purposes. If you would like your information removed, contact us using the details below.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or request that we delete your information, subject to any legal or legitimate business record keeping requirements.

Cookies

This site may use basic cookies required for it to function properly. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies.
